Smith & George is an online retailer. Upon request, Smith & George is also happy to accept commissions.
Smith & George produces its jewellery within its own workshop. Some limited articles purchased from outside of Smith & George are bound by secured special pricing that allows us to deliver fine products with no extra middlemen, brands or air costs and caps.
Please note that prices are subject to change due to the inevitable nature of fluctuations in the prices of gold and silver.
Our designs are made by the artisan hands of goldsmiths, using limited machinery. This is what makes them so special, and this is why we love our work and its uniqueness. Many of our pieces feature natural precious and semi-precious stones so imperfections may occur. Also, no two pieces are ever the same. Indeed, this adds to the character of both the design and the actual jewellery, but it is well to note all the same. Colours of stones may also vary slightly from images shown.
Items should be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. If an item is being posted back to us, we recommend that an insured, secure and traceable method is used. Smith & George will not be responsible for returning items lost in transit. Acquiring and retaining proof of posting is also recommended.
In the unlikely event that any item proves to be defective due to improper material or workmanship, we will repair or replace the item at no extra cost.
Items are classed as faulty if they are received damaged. Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
